About Us Fiscal Fitness Tax and Financial Services, Inc. was founded by our CEO, Derrick L. Alford. We are a solutions-driven company committed to maintaining our core values of integrity, competency, professionalism, and mutual respect. In addition to income tax preparation, we also offer financial planning, wealth management and small business bookkeeping and accounting services.
Derrick L. Alford Founder and CEO
Derrick L. Alford, RFC (Registered Financial Consultant) has been providing financial services to individuals and businesses for more than 25 years. He graduated from Corllins University with an MBA-Masters of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial Management, Howard University with a BBA-Bachelors Degree in Finance and completed the Executive Management Program through University of Richmond. Derrick has served as an economic principles instructor for the Junior Achievement of Central Virginia Inc. and has facilitated numerous seminars for several non-profit organizations. In addition, he serves the community as a member of the advisory board at Bryant & Stratton College, and previously held the position of Elections Officer for the Chesterfield Board of Elections. He is a member of the Better Business Bureau, The International Association of Registered Financial Consultants, and the Metropolitan Business League.
Angela C. Alford
VP, Business Development / Client Services
Angela C. Alford brings over 20 years of experience in business, education, and client services to Fiscal Fitness. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Business from Norfolk State University, a Masters in Education from Virginia State University, and the Financial Literacy program certification from Virginia Commonwealth University.
